Joining AADT

AADT has no comp process, and prides itself on being open to any member of the Harvard community regardless of race, gender identity, or prior experience!

We host a mandatory (~2 hour) showcase near the beginning of each semester. All prospective members must attend if they intend to participate in that semester’s show (either Horizon or Eastbound). At the showcase, the choreographers for that semester’s show outline basic information about their dance (rehearsal times, difficulty level, style) and perform the pieces live.

Prospective members who attend the showcase can select their dance preferences afterward, which are then entered into an automated lottery. Dance placements are released a few days after preferences are sent in.
